“The pace of technological change and innovation in satellite development is staggering.”
“My favourite space memory, something I’m still in awe of, is the ingenuity and success of ESA’s Rosetta mission. Incredible. In the future, as the general public is becoming more aware of the power and value of satellite data, we will continue to see an increasing demand for both the data, but then also, by association, the satellites themselves.”
These are the words of Steve Spittle, Head of Programs and Operations at GlobalTrust, one of SSC’s subsidiaries.
We asked him to talk to us a bit about Space and what he likes best about being in the Space industry. He says:
“More than ever, the pace of technological change and innovation in satellite development is staggering. At GlobalTrust, we are in an exciting position to take the data collected from these satellites, apply advanced analytics, and derive information that can help drive sustainability practices in industry and governments. That’s what I like the best about Space.”
