SubOrbital Express

Your access to Space

SSC SubOrbital Express provides researchers, scientists and commercial companies with quick and easy shared-ride access to near-space, microgravity conditions.

Announcement of flight opportunities

Whether you work as a researcher within microgravity applications, atmospheric physics, or other interesting scientific disciplines, you are passionate about your science.

We offer you rapid access to space and back on the most well-proven suborbital rocket service in the world, SubOrbital Express.

However, access to space can be so much more than a great tool for research. If you want to give your students a unique experience in designing and launching their own experiments or if you wish to send your wedding rings to space and back for eternal love, we can assist you.

Do you want to send something to Space?

And get it back?

A promotion activity? The possibilities are limitless. A space flight certificate to enhance the value of your product is of course included. Tell us what you want onboard and then we will talk!

Do you want access to space for scientific purposes?

You know your science – we know space. We offer you flexible service levels according to your specific needs. Accommodate your scientific experiment with an easy standard interface into our payload or let our team of experts develop and build the experiment systems for you.

Microgravity flights

Through our SubOrbital Express launch service, you will have access to frequent flight opportunities with very high-quality microgravity, short lead time and quick retrieval of your experiment. With our shared flight concept, we can offer you flight tickets for a fraction of the cost for a full-blown mission.

Atmospheric research/Space environment/Geophysics

We provide you with an excellent high-quality research environment within plasma physics (Aurora, magnetosphere), astronomy and atmospheric research.

Ensure your mission success by testing the performance of your system in representative launch conditions, ascent, planetary descent/re-entry and landing environment in one go.

Or carry out controlled drops, free falls and guided re-entry of systems and items from very high altitudes (50-300 km).

Regardless of your needs, you will have access to an excellent suborbital platform and infrastructure for low-cost validation of flight systems.

With us, you can empower your students’ educational space programs and foster a new generation of scientists and engineers. They will come back home with a great experience having launched their own experiments with us!
